The Byty Vrchlického development project combines the comfort of modern living with historical surroundings. We sought to express this fact in the project’s presentation as well. We created a fresh, responsive website that nonetheless honors a certain tradition, expressed through a specific combination of colors and fonts.

The visual style of the website is based on one serif and one sans-serif font. This combination expresses a synthesis of old-world charm and modern comfort—a combination of the historical buildings surrounding Byty Vrchlického and contemporary housing requirements.

Similarly, the logo is based on a combination of these two fonts and a circle, which serves as the graphic bond for the entire presentation.

We approach every project we work on comprehensively. Therefore, we also gave a unified visual style to printed promotional materials, such as apartment floor plans, banners, or advertising signage.
